Delivery Policy

PhotoBanao is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how and when you receive your AI-generated photos after payment.
TL;DR — All photos are delivered electronically within your web browser, typically 2-3 minutes after successful payment. There is no physical shipping involved.
1. Digital Delivery — How It Works
- After your payment is successfully processed by Razorpay, you are immediately redirected to your private download page.
- Your AI-generated photos appear on this page one by one as they are generated, usually completing within 2-3 minutes.
- You can download each photo individually, or use the "Download All" button to download every photo in your pack at once.
- The download page is unique to your order and is accessible via a private URL we provide after payment.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Payment confirmation: instant (handled by Razorpay)
- Order setup: within a few seconds
- Photo generation: approximately 15-25 seconds per photo, generated sequentially
- Full pack ready: typically 2-3 minutes from the moment payment is confirmed
Generation time may vary slightly based on AI service load. If your order takes longer than 5 minutes, please contact us at hello@photobanao.in with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
3. No Physical Shipping
- PhotoBanao does not deliver any physical products.
- You will not receive anything by post, courier, or any physical delivery service.
- All photos are delivered as digital files (JPEG / full HD) to your web browser.
- You are responsible for downloading and saving these files to your own device or cloud storage.
4. Download Window
- You have 24 hours from the time of generation to download your photos.
- The unique download URL we provide remains active for 30 days for re-access — but the actual photo files are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of generation as part of our privacy commitment.
- If you have not downloaded your photos within the 24-hour window, please contact us before that window closes and we will assist where possible.
5. Delivery Failures & Issues
- If photo generation fails for technical reasons, the failed photo will display a "Retry" button so you can re-trigger it without re-paying.
- If multiple photos fail and cannot be regenerated, contact us at hello@photobanao.in with your payment reference. We will either complete the order manually or issue a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
- If you were charged but did not see a download page or any photos at all, contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
6. Geographic Availability
- PhotoBanao is available worldwide wherever Razorpay accepts payment and our service is accessible.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers will see the converted amount at the time of payment.
- There are no shipping or customs charges since the delivery is fully digital.
